Sleep rather refused to come last night. I had to write. There was a new twist in my mind to apply to the story.
My newest book is up to 25,608 words.
I've discovered that I write in spurts. I'll exhaust my imagination, and won't be able to work on a certain story for a while. I'm just tired of looking at it, thinking about it, coming up with things for the characters to do and say.
I work best when I've got two or three stories going at once.
This is just one big learning process.
I've never going to get it completely figured out.
